✨ With a bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, business, or communications.
✨ Who lives in Medellin or is eager to move to this city.
✨ Who can understand and produce all written and spoken forms in Spanish and English. Other languages, such as French, German, or Italian, are considered an asset.
✨ Proficient in using Excel and the ability to navigate and manipulate data.
✨ Who pays attention to details and loves solving problems.
✨ Who is well-organized can juggle multiple work streams and consistently produce results on time.
✨ With helpful software experience:
- ZoomInfo, Lead IQ, Salesforce, or equivalent marketing automation and CRM tools. LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
- Microsoft Word, Outlook, Wrike, Notion, or other project management tools that could help you to share information.
✨ Who enjoys learning new technologies.

🚀 What you will do:
✨ Research and build out target accounts and divisions globally, identifying locations using various online tools and web research.
✨ Utilize tools such as LinkedIn sales navigator to identify and build out contact data that match our target personas for these accounts, ensuring all data is as accurate as possible, including emails, phone numbers, job titles, and physical location details.
✨ Work collaboratively with the business development representative and growth marketing team to understand the target accounts and current sales engagement status.
✨ Provide data to the business development representative team for prospecting and review feedback as required.
✨ Document and refine research processes to ensure a consistent and constantly improving research methodology to improve over time.
✨ Be an expert on the research process and your data platforms.
✨ Help maintain data accuracy within Salesforce for leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities for prospects and customers.
✨ Support additional sales and marketing if required.
