Requirements and responsibilities

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Specialist to support our list-building and lead generation process. You’ll work closely with our Lead Specialist and Sales team to find, clean, and organize high-quality data that drives our outreach campaigns. 🧠 What you’ll do - Build segmented and accurate lead lists using tools like ZoomInfo, Clay, and Apollo. - Clean and verify data to ensure contact accuracy and remove duplicates. - Research and enrich company and contact information. - Organize and maintain clean data systems for SDRs and Account Managers. - Use filters, tags, and workflows to improve prospecting efficiency. - Collaborate with sales and marketing to align targeting strategies. 🧩 What we’re looking for - 1+ year of experience in data research, lead generation, or list building. - Familiar with tools like ZoomInfo, Clay, Apollo, Lusha, or similar platforms. - Strong attention to detail and organization skills. - Comfortable handling repetitive, data-focused tasks with accuracy. 🌍 What we offer - 100% remote position. - Collaborative and supportive environment. - Stable, long-term project with ongoing opportunities to learn.
