We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master with at least 5-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum Master, you will work directly in a squad to drive performance using Agile values, practices, and processes. You will be responsible for maintaining the backlog, facilitating Agile ceremonies, monitoring team performance, and managing communication with end users and Product Owners. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Agile teams, a continuous improvement mind-set, and a strong understanding of financial markets and various financial instruments. Responsibilities:
- Work directly in a squad to drive performance using Agile values, practices, and processes.
- Maintain the backlog and facilitate Agile ceremonies like stand ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Monitor team performance through the Squad’s metrics dashboards and help identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Manage communication and partner with end users and Product Owners on ESG Squads to design solutions.
- Provide Business Analysis and assist with requirement gathering.
