Position Overview: The Leasing Coordinator will support the full leasing lifecycle, from property listings to tenant move-ins, for a portfolio of single-family homes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment. While real estate experience is preferred, the team is open to training a service-oriented candidate with strong English and a proactive approach. Key Responsibilities: - Create and manage listings for available properties across online platforms. - Serve as the main point of contact for leasing inquiries (phone, email, and web). - Schedule and coordinate virtual or in-person showings with prospective tenants. - Proactively follow up with leads and gather feedback after showings. - Guide applicants through the online application process. - Conduct tenant screening (credit, background, employment, rental history). - Communicate updates with the company owner and property owners. - Generate weekly leasing reports with key activity metrics. Qualifications: - Experience in leasing, property management, or customer service. - Strong English verbal and written communication skills. - Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills. - Comfortable using online platforms and learning property management tools. - Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Familiarity with Fair Housing guidelines and willingness to complete training. Nice-to-Haves: - Knowledge of Tenant Turner, Lead Simple, Buildium, or Findigs (training available). - Prior experience with US-based property management or leasing teams. - Exposure to the Metro Atlanta real estate market. - Georgia Real Estate License (preferred but not required). - Passion for helping people find homes and a customer-first mindset.
