Life360 is seeking a VP, Strategic Finance to collaborate with the executive team and functional budget owners to provide operational analysis and reporting, establish alignment on long-term strategy, and drive improvements to operating efficiency and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have experience working in or with high-growth technology companies, strong financial analysis and modeling skills, experience with M&A and financing transactions, and advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills. This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $285,000 to $305,000, medical, dental, vision, and financial benefits, as well as equity. The position is full-time and can be performed remotely within the US. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the executive team and functional budget owners to provide operational analysis and reporting, establish alignment on long-term strategy, and drive improvements to operating efficiency and forecasting. - Build and scale the corporate finance and business unit finance teams to support operational execution, accurate forecasting cycles, including variance analyses, and identifying risks and opportunities. - Drive and provide support for ad-hoc strategic financial analyses and projects to support senior management and business decisions. - Support corporate development execution including mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions. - Support the investor relations function, especially with regular reporting, as well as investor and analyst outreach. - Partner with the accounting team during month-end close cycles to ensure reporting accuracy and performance vs plan analysis. - Track external financial benchmarks to drive the optimal financial strategy and align investor expectations. - Manage key deliverables and assist senior management in preparing external communications.
