About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle and help build scalable people programs as we grow. This role is a mix of hands-on HR operations and thoughtful support for managers and employees. You’ll play a key part in maintaining compliance, improving processes, and fostering a positive, high-performing workplace.ResponsibilitiesSupport the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, promotions, and off-boarding.Coordinate terminations, exit interviews, equipment returns, and partner with Finance.Partner with recruiting to support hiring and job description development.Support new hire onboarding and benefits set up.Be aware of company policies, employee handbooks, and compliance materials, including defense-industry requirements.Support and guide managers on performance improvement plans, and coaching to ensure consistency and fairness.Administer and continuously improve the performance review process (experience with Lattice highly preferred).Develop and implement promotion frameworks and career growth paths.Assist with benchmarking and compensation analysis.Requirements4-7+ years in HR, People Operations, or similar roles.Experience in a start up or a fast growing organization.Experienced with Insperity or other PEO platforms and performance management tools.Experience with Lattice is highly preferred.Experience with compensation benchmarking, career growth paths, and team leveling.Excellent communicator, confident handling sensitive situations with professionalism.CompensationSalary ($100,000 - $120,000) + EquitySalary is determined by the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision coverageHSA/FSA optionsParental Leave401(k): 100% match for the first 6% contributedUnlimited Paid Time OffHome Office StipendAbout Reveal TechnologyFounded in 2019, Reveal is a dynamic startup revolutionizing field operations by providing software tools and insights to individuals in remote, disconnected, and extreme environments.
