⚠️ Important details: • The basic salary range is between MXN20K—50K/monthly, including the payroll base salary (MXN20K—25K) + the minimum sales commission. • The commissions have no ceiling. The worker is given between 4 to 5% commission per sale. And the sales are greater than 50 thousand dollars each. • Preferably live in Tijuana. But it could be Mexicali, Nogales, Hermosillo, Ciudad Juarez, or nearby. ✅ Requirements: • A degree as an industrial engineer, chemical, mechanical, mechatronic, or similar. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions. • Live in the northern border area. • Experience handling industrial control panels. • A visa to travel to the USA (documentation in order). • Preferably, have an accredited client portfolio. ✅ Responsibilities: • Comply with the pre-sale and post-sale processes in integral projects, loose equipment, spare parts, and services according to the company (systems for handling and storing bulk materials) serving various industries (plastics, food, construction, chemistry, etc.). Follow up the client portfolio through CRM. • Provide attention to new sales opportunities with captive customers and develop new prospects. • Maintain comprehensive communication with internal and external customers, achieving complete satisfaction and raising the area's sales indicator.
