What we are looking for: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from social media campaigns to email marketing and more, as you help our clients reach and engage with their target audience. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to think outside the box to come up with new and innovative ideas. Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure the effectiveness of campaigns are also a must. Although your duties may vary based on the needs of each individual client, you will be responsible for but not limited to: -Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales, such as SEO/SEM, display advertising campaigns, social media ads, content research and delegation -Plan and execute social media campaigns, email marketing, and other digital marketing efforts. -Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and adjust as needed (ROI and KPI’s) -Actively engage with clients to go over analytics information, check on the status of campaigns, and make sure they are satisfied with the service. -Create cohesive campaigns across digital and social media platforms -Use data to identify trends and insights to improve budget and performance. -Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Qualifications: • 2 Year minimum in planning, buying, and reporting on Digital Media for Email, SEO, Social, and SEM in a job role preferred. • Strong understanding of analytics and how digital marketing channel’s function and best practices. • Must be proficient with at least 1 year in Facebook ad/Google Analytics, Tagging/GTM. • Emphasis on Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads. • Proficiency in English (C1 or C2). • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proper remote-working environment at home. • Reliable personal computer with minimum 10 Mbps internet speed.
