We are looking for an experienced people manager with technical expertise in software engineering. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting your team, defining and achieving goals, and driving the execution of work. You will also play a crucial role in owning and defining good processes within the team and across engineering. Excellent communication skills and prior experience in a technical leadership role are required. This is a full-time remote position.

- Play a crucial role in owning and defining good processes not only within your team, but also across engineering and with cross-functional partners.
- Represent technical considerations and engineering interests with fellow managers and with the executive team.
