Lively is looking for a Game Director to join their team. The Game Director will take ultimate responsibility for delivering one of the company's games, ensuring they meet their production, commercial, and creative goals. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in mobile F2P in a Game Director, Executive Producer, Lead Production, Product or Design role. They should also be passionate, curious, motivated, and open to giving and receiving constructive feedback. Responsibilities: - Take ultimate responsibility for the delivery of games, ensuring they meet their production, commercial and creative goals. - Shape, communicate and champion the vision for the game, translating it into iterative, practical deliverables. - Be the voice of the player in the team, focusing on the player experience during development. - Work collaboratively with the leads to build on our mutually respectful culture. - Motivate and guide the team, getting great results without sacrificing kindness or empathy. - Empower the leads and the team to work independently, while ensuring they deliver wonderful work we can all be proud of. - Communicate in a smooth, compelling and clear fashion with the game team, the management team and the client. - Adapt your approach to best suit the needs of the game as it moves from inception to production to release to live ops.
