This role requires strong virtual assistant acumen, attention to detail, and proactive communication with borrowers, lenders, and internal teams. Experience in real estate or home lending is highly valued. Spanish-speaking ability is a strong plus.Key ResponsibilitiesManage residential loan files from application through closingCollect, review, and verify borrower documentation for accuracy and completenessCommunicate directly with clients to request documents and provide status updatesCoordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and third parties to move files forward efficientlyEnsure files meet compliance guidelines and submission standardsMaintain organized digital records and consistently update CRM/loan systemsProactively identify and resolve issues that may impact closing timelinesRequired QualificationsExperience in loan processing, mortgage support, or a similar administrative/client-facing roleStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple loan files and deadlines simultaneouslyClear, professional written and verbal communication skillsPrior remote work experience is mandatory.
