Requirements and responsibilities

We are seeking a fashion-forward, detail-oriented Account Manager with a passion for gifting and high-quality products. In this client-facing role, you will manage relationships with key clients, pitch innovative ideas to expand their programs, and ensure that every project—from initial concept to final delivery—is executed flawlessly and on schedule. This position combines sales, account management, project management, and creative gifting. Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day relationships with key accounts and serve as the primary point of contact. * Proactively pitch new concepts, collections, and gifting ideas to grow existing accounts. * Create and deliver polished presentations, including using Commonsku, to promote new programs and collections. * Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within large organizations and support the closing process.
