OverviewAnsible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is seeking an experienced Healthcare Consulting Manager to support large-scale innovation and transformation programs within the Federal Health Sector. In this role, you’ll work with our team and federal healthcare clients to develop integrated program plans, drive business process improvements, and deliver impactful solutions using healthcare operations analysis and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Ansible is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing Federal customers with solutions in many arenas. Our customers face wide-ranging challenges in the fields of national security, health care, and information technology. To address these challenges, we employ intelligent and committed staff who take care of our customers’ success as if it is their own.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage project teams to deliver healthcare transformation initiativesOversee project budgets and ensure financial targets are metManage subcontractors and coordinate their contributions to project successConduct business process reengineering and gap analysis for healthcare operationsApply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to healthcare transformation programsSupport healthcare operations optimization and business architecture developmentCollaborate with subject matter experts to develop performance measures and process improvementsWork with clients to review and develop guidance and policies that facilitate process implementationDevelop business cases and cost savings recommendationsSupport cross-functional delivery teams in business process improvement initiativesSupport senior leadership decision boards that govern the progress of efforts and address risks or issues affecting successSupport development of Program Management artifacts as needed (Charters, SLAs, project plans, initiative briefings, etc.)QualificationsBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or University8-10 years years of professional experience in healthcare operations, business process improvement, and minimum of 6 years of consulting experience.Experience and/or knowledge of consulting methodologies such as change management, project management, process improvement, analysis and Lean Six SigmaExperience in healthcare operations analysisKnowledge of business architecture and gap analysis techniquesAbility to deliver in project settings that require a grasp of cross-functional subject matterAbility to be a self-starter in a fast-paced environmentAbility to simplify complex ideas for non-experts to comprehendAdvanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to work without sponsorship in the US indefinitelyAbility to obtain a US security clearance if neededDesiredMaster’s degree from an accredited college or universityProject Management Professional CertificationLean Six Sigma Green BeltSalary BandSalary Band: $120 - $160k (depending on experience)All candidates must be able toSit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shiftLift up to 50 lbs from floor to waistLift up to 20 lbsCarry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distancePush/pull with 30 lbs of forceAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
