Relocation assistance is not offered.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly analytical and technically strong Business Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will serve as the primary bridge between Finance and Data Intelligence, ensuring accurate, aligned, and actionable reporting across the business. The ideal candidate combines advanced analytical capability with strong business judgment. Backgrounds in management consulting or investment banking are strongly preferred, as these bring a foundation in structured problem solving, KPI analysis, financial modeling, and executive-ready communication. This position requires advanced proficiency in SQL, strong Power BI development skills, and the ability to think like a data engineer while operating within a Finance organization.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the liaison between Finance and Data Intelligence, converting business questions into clear data requirements and ensuring insights directly inform decision-making.Define, validate, and refine SaaS and payment processing KPIs for forecasting, board reporting, and performance tracking.Maintain alignment across teams on KPI definitions, data sources, and methodologies.Build, automate, and manage Power BI dashboards for ARR, MRR, churn, retention, NRR, LTV/CAC, GPV, take rate, funnel analytics, and other SaaS and payments metrics.Develop scalable data models and automated reporting used by executives, Finance, and cross-functional leaders.Streamline and automate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting processes.Write advanced SQL to extract, clean, transform, and validate data across production systems, data warehouses, and payment systems.Partner with Data Engineering to enhance data pipelines and ensure accurate, reliable inputs for financial and operational reporting.Conduct deep-dive analytics on customer behavior, cohorts, churn drivers, revenue movements, and other key business levers.Surface actionable insights that impact forecasting, segmentation, churn reduction strategies, pricing decisions, and product direction.Build and maintain metric dictionaries and internal documentation to ensure company-wide alignment.Qualifications3 to 5 years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, data engineering, FP&A analytics, or a related field.Strong preference for candidates with backgrounds in management consulting (Deloitte, Accenture, Bain, McKinsey, etc.) or investment banking (TMT, fintech, M&A, or similar groups).Advanced SQL proficiency, including window functions, CTEs, joins, and performance optimization.Strong expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, relationships, and visualization best practices.Solid understanding of SaaS and payments KPIs (ARR, MRR, churn, NRR, cohorts, GPV, take rate, approval rate, etc.).Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and critical-thinking skills.Ability to present complex data clearly and confidently to executives.Comfortable operating cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Experience with forecast modeling or FP&A processes is a plus.Why You’ll Love Working HereAttractive Compensation & Performance Bonuses: Enjoy a competitive salary paired with performance-based bonusesGenerous PTO: 15 accrued days, plus 10 company holidays annually.Health & Wellness: Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision plans for you and your family.
