Software Engineer Test II (Mexico Only) at Qualifinds

Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. * More than 5 years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer in Test or as a developer with a strong focus on testing. * Experience designing test plans, creating test cases, and documenting results for complex product features. * Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests. * Strong object-oriented programming skills in Python. * Experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks. * Experience with UI and/or API test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium or Cypress. * Startup experience, preferably in environments that have undergone scaling processes and with a Fintech background. * Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. * Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple testing initiatives simultaneously. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Advanced English.
