Requirements and responsibilities

Lead the modernization of our QSR Inventory Management ecosystem as Product Owner. Own governance of Recipe Master, inventory lifecycle, supplier ordering, and POS-driven depletion across multi-unit restaurant environments. Responsibilities include governance of ingredient hierarchies and yields, end-to-end inventory optimization, supplier workflows from forecasting to PO lifecycle to goods receipt and invoice matching, API-first integrations across POS, ERP, inventory and analytics, controls for accuracy and shrinkage, cross-functional collaboration with Ops, Supply Chain, Finance & Engineering, vendor evaluations, and ownership of KPIs such as COGS, waste, inventory turns, and system uptime.
