Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.Key responsibilitiesIdentify, evaluate, and pursue prospects to penetrate new fleet sales opportunities.Develop and implement marketing strategies and business development plans.Conduct market analysis and research to inform sales approaches.Manage customer relationships and sales pipelines using Salesforce.Coordinate with product, finance, and sales administration teams to deliver proposals and ensure a smooth order-to-delivery process.Prepare marketing reports and content; represent the brand at trade shows.Achieve financial targets (volume, revenue, margin).Travel 3050% within the Asia Pacific region.Background and ExperienceBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.3+ years experience in sales/marketing analysis, preferably automotive.International sales experience.Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.RMA Group is an equal opportunity employer, with a diverse group of colleagues globally representing different cultures, backgrounds, and beliefs.
