KPIs You’ll Be Measured On - Call scoring accuracy. - Feedback turnaround time. - Improvement in booking percentage. - Improvement in average ticket. - Reduction in process violations. - Rep adoption of coaching feedback. Who This Is Perfect For You: - Have sales experience (required). - Understand call structure and psychology. - Can spot when someone loses control of a sale. - Are detail-oriented and analytical. - Are comfortable giving constructive feedback. - Are organized and consistent. - Don’t let standards slip. Bonus: - Experience in home services or moving industry. - Experience with CRM systems. - Experience auditing or QA roles. This Role Is NOT For Someone Who: - Is conflict-avoidant. - Misses details. - Thinks “good enough” is good enough. - Has never sold before. - Needs constant supervision. Compensation Base salary + performance bonus tied to: - Booking percentage improvement. - Ticket growth. - Process compliance. Compensation range depends on experience. Why This Role Matters Every missed script line costs money. Every weak objection response costs bookings. Every lazy call costs growth. If you love systems, performance, and accountability — this is your role.
