This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for creating a positive and inclusive work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the companyConduct interviews and assist with the selection process for new hiresCoordinate and manage the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completedMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and filesServe as the main point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as neededAdminister employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminationsAssist with performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employeesCoordinate and facilitate employee training and development programsEnsure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulationsMaintain and update HR policies and procedures as neededParticipate in employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive company cultureQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field2-3 years of experience in a human resources roleStrong knowledge of HR best practices and employment lawsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionProficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systemsHighly organized and detail-orientedAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in a remote work environment is a plusContract DetailsThis is a part-time/full-time remote position with flexible hours.
