If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love building meaningful relationships, and are energized by exceeding targets, we want you on our team.What You’ll DoIn your first year, you’ll make a measurable impact by:Owning the sales cycle — from prospecting to close — driving consistent growth and exceeding quarterly and annual goals.Building trust and credibility with decision-makers across both public and private sectors, communicating complex ideas in a way that inspires confidence and action.Becoming an expert in EnergyCAP’s software platform — understanding its technical and strategic value to deliver compelling demos and presentations.Acting as a strategic advisor, uncovering client pain points and crafting tailored solutions that create measurable business value.Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to share market insights, improve strategies, and ensure client satisfaction.Representing EnergyCAP at industry events, conferences, and webinars — positioning yourself and the company as thought leaders in sustainability and energy management.What You’ll Bring5+ years of successful SaaS sales experience, with a proven ability to meet and exceed goals.Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills — you know how to capture attention, simplify complexity, and connect with any audience.Experience selling into diverse markets (public sector, private sector, or both), with a knack for adapting strategies to different buying processes.Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and digital tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and webinar platforms.Strong business acumen and a consultative mindset — you don’t just sell products, you solve problems.Confidently engages and communicates with C-level executives.Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience or familiarity with energy, sustainability, or utility management is a plus.Why EnergyCAP?At EnergyCAP, we’re more than a software company — we’re a team of innovators, problem-solvers, and sustainability advocates.
