Position Overview:Were looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with 3+ years of sales leadership experience to lead and grow our sales team. In this role, you'll coach and train the team from prospecting (lead generation) to scheduling qualified meetings (outbound), while developing scalable processes to ensure consistent success. You'll play a key role in achieving sales targets, enhancing team performance, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate is both tactical and strategic, able to roll up their sleeves and dive into campaigns, while also thinking long-term. This is the perfect role for you if you love working with outbound sales teams.Key Responsibilities:Report directly to our Co-CEOStay informed about solution, value propositions, and customer base to align sales efforts effectively.Develop and drive team objectives, ensuring alignment with overall sales goals.Provide (individual and group) coaching and training to Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Lead Development Representatives (LDRs) to enhance outbound selling skillsImplement and refine processes to ensure CRM hygiene and maximize sales efficiency.Build reports/dashboards to oversee sales activities and performance metrics in the CRM.Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to share insights and improve strategies.Qualifications:Professional English and strong communication skills (written and verbal)Cold emailing, social selling, and cold-calling experience are crucial3+ years of top-of-funnel (outbound) sales experienceGeneral knowledge of domain setupResourceful - when new problems arise that we havent come across before, you wont let the roadblock stop you from finding a solutionScrappy and fast - ability to create your own ad-hoc training as needed and create resources for the team as neededAnalytical - you use data to back up your statements frequently and understand what it means to be data-drivenStrong business acumen - you understand things quickly and wellAble to handle multiple priorities and time pressureEager to build hype around our solution (productivity) and social mission (gender equality)3+ years of experience leading, coaching, and training sales teams
