About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven TikTok Shop Manager to oversee and optimize our TikTok Shop operations. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of e-commerce or marketplace experience, a strong understanding of TikTok Shop policies and promotional tools, and a proven track record of driving sales growth through data-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities: TikTok Shop Strategy & Execution: - Develop and execute end-to-end TikTok Shop strategy for a single brand account. - Drive GMV (Gross Merchandise Value), optimize CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and increase ROI through organic and affiliate efforts. - Build, launch, and manage TikTok affiliate programs using Seller Center and Affiliate Center. - Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with TikTok creators and affiliates. - Manage content output and creator postings (3–5x/week minimum). - Identify, track, and amplify top-performing content via Spark Ads (if applicable). - Monitor product seeding, inventory for creator sampling, and fulfillment coordination. - Support the TikTok Shop team with strategic planning, performance analysis, and insight generation. - Assist in creating AI-powered content based on the Master Strategy, ensuring alignment with ongoing trends and performance goals. Creator & Affiliate Program Management: - Grow and maintain a high-performing network of TikTok creators. - Develop commission structures, incentive programs, and performance-based bonuses. - Create and manage a community (Slack/Discord) to support creator engagement. - Coach creators on best practices, content optimization, and compliance (e.g., FTC). - Ensure timely payouts, communication, and support for affiliate partners. Performance Tracking & Optimization: - Analyze campaign performance (GMV, AOV, CAC, ROAS, CVR). - Build dashboards and reporting systems using TikTok Shop tools and third-party platforms. - Continuously test, iterate, and optimize creative strategies based on performance data and evolving TikTok trends. - Prepare profitability reports and insights dashboards to support decision-making and campaign optimization. - Provide strategic input on scaling content, affiliates, and ad performance to maximize long-term profitability. Cross-Functional Coordination: - Align TikTok Shop efforts with broader eCommerce strategy (Amazon, Shopify, etc.). - Collaborate with internal marketing, creative, and logistics teams to support TikTok initiatives. - Manage relationships with any external agencies or freelancers supporting TikTok Shop. Qualifications: - 2–4+ years experience with TikTok Shop, including Seller Center and Affiliate Center. - Proven track record of managing TikTok affiliate/creator campaigns that drive measurable sales results. - Deep knowledge of TikTok’s ecosystem, trends, and short-form video content strategy. - Experience in influencer/affiliate marketing within eCommerce or DTC brands. - Strong analytical and performance-driven mindset. - Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. - Ability to operate independently and execute within a fast-paced, trend-driven environment. Nice to Haves: - Experience in creator recruitment and community management (Slack, Discord, etc.). - Familiarity with affiliate platforms and tools (e.g., Kalodata). - Background in lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or wellness categories. - Experience in paid TikTok media (Spark Ads) is a bonus.
