Responsibilities
Prepare, generate, and send accurate invoices to clients; track incoming payments and apply them to customer accounts; proactively follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans; reduce aging receivables; reconcile AR sub-ledger to the general ledger; maintain customer account records and aging reports; handle billing inquiries with quality service; prepare monthly AR reports and assist with month-end close; support cash flow forecasting; collaborate with cash management, customer service, and finance teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
