Requirements and responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA testing activities; define and implement SAP testing strategy for rollouts and implementations; manage all testing phases (Unit, Integration, System, Regression and UAT); coordinate testing efforts across internal teams and external vendors; oversee defect management including logging, tracking, prioritization and resolution; provide regular status reports, dashboards and test metrics to leadership; collaborate with business stakeholders for validation and sign-off; require strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
