We are expanding our network of reliable, remote full-stack development teams that can respond quickly to RFPs and deliver polished, scalable products.
What we’re looking for
We need small, agile full-stack teams (not solo freelancers) who meet the following criteria:
* 5+ years of proven experience in:
* Bidding on and estimating projects
* Full-cycle development: apps, SaaS platforms, enterprise-level software, APIs, and integrations
* Working with modern development methodologies: Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, Git-based workflows, QA automation, and cloud-native architecture
Technical capabilities
Experience with a strong mix of modern technologies, such as:
* Frontend: React, Vue, Angular, Next.js
* Backend: Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, Go
* Mobile: Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin
* Cloud: AWS, GCP, Azure
* DevOps/Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, automated testing, microservices
* UX/UI, QA, and project management capabilities (preferred)
Business requirements
* Ability to turn around bids and estimates within a few days
* Clear communication and English proficiency
* Ability to scale resources up or down based on project needs
* Commitment to confidentiality and enterprise-grade quality standards
Type of work
You will receive RFPs from our sales team for:
* Mobile app development
* Custom software solutions
* SaaS product builds
* Enterprise platforms and API ecosystems
* Modernizing or rebuilding legacy systems
We handle client communication and markups; you focus on fast, accurate bidding and high-quality execution.
