Role overview
As a sales director, you will be responsible for building the Olyzon brand in the United States and driving revenue growth with key brand and agency partners. This role requires an experienced seller with a strong background in AdTech and CTV, as well as a proven track record of success with emerging technologies in the U.S. market.
Key responsibilities
* Generate revenue by securing RFPs from key brands and agencies and closing deals through effective sales and negotiation strategies.
* Collaborate closely with the SVP of sales and the CEO to develop advanced market development strategies and work with central teams such as product and operations.
* Develop and implement strategic business initiatives to drive revenue growth.
* Achieve established revenue targets and objectives.
* Stay informed on AdTech and CTV industry trends to effectively advise partners.
* Support the centrally managed supply sales team in closing complex deals with major clients and partners.
Qualifications
* 7+ years of sales leadership experience in the AdTech industry.
* Proven track record of building trusted relationships with independent agencies, holding company agencies, and brands directly.
* Demonstrated success closing complex deals in competitive environments, requiring buy-in across multiple levels of client organizations.
* Deep understanding of the AdTech ecosystem and CTV landscape, with a solid technical foundation.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen.

Additional information
The starting salary will be determined based on non-discriminatory factors such as qualifications, level, skills, experience, location, and internal equity. The estimated salary range for this role is between $150,000 and $170,000, with eligibility for bonus or commission, equity, and benefits.
