Job DescriptionWe’re hiring a Remote Project Manager to join a fast-growing agency working with Fortune 100 brands and enterprise clients.You’ll own client onboarding, project tracking, executive scheduling, meeting follow-ups, deliverables, approvals, and operational workflows.We’re looking for someone with:3+ years of Project Management experience in a marketing agency, digital consultancy, or client-services environmentExceptional written & spoken EnglishStrong experience managing U.S.-based clientsExcellent organization, follow-up, and deadline managementExperience with project management tools, Google Workspace & SlackHands-on experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or ClaudeSomeone who can work independently and make sure NOTHING falls through the cracksBonus: Experience with Reddit, social media, or digital marketing agencies is a plus!
