Responsibilities

I’m looking for an independent sales / business development partner to help bring in additional web development clients for The Cool Moon.I already get a healthy amount of work organically and have a strong portfolio that tends to convert well once the right people see it. I’m not looking for someone to “build the business from scratch”, more someone with good sales knowledge who can consistently put me in front of businesses that genuinely need what I offer. The arrangement15% commission on clients you bring inCommission paid as I receive payment from the clientI normally work on 50% upfront and the remainder two weeks later15% can also apply to ongoing monthly services/SEO for clients you introduceNo fixed hoursNo exclusivityRemote / international is fineYour role would mainly be prospecting, outreach and qualifying opportunities.I handle the technical discussions, proposals, closing, development and delivery. What I do:Custom business websitesWebsite redesignsEcommerceCustom web appsSEO and ongoing website supportMost projects are typically around $1,300–$2,500+, depending on scope.A lot of my clients are owner-led businesses, contractors and service companies that don’t want to deal with the technical side themselves. They want someone who can take care of the design, development, SEO, hosting, integrations and launch properly. There’s also a strong market in businesses with an old or poor website that simply doesn’t reflect the quality of the company anymore. I’m usually building something they can keep and grow with rather than replacing again in a year or two.I’m particularly interested in someone with strong experience in sales with things like LinkedIn outreach, cold email, direct messaging or B2B sales who understands the difference between genuinely personalised outreach and just blasting thousands of generic messages. If this sounds like a good fit, send me a message with a bit about your sales/outreach experience, the channels you normally use and how you’d approach finding clients for this kind of service.
