Role: Bilingual Remote Appointment Setter Representative (LATAM). Company Details: - Pabiyan Inc. - Remote location within Latin America. - Performance-based compensation of $50 per completed demo and $50 per signed agreement. - Expected monthly earnings between $1,100 and $1,500+ USD. Lead Management: - Outbound dialing app provided. - 100% of leads provided. - No cold prospecting or scraping required. - Train today, and then start Monday. Responsibilities: - Call provided lead lists promptly and consistently. - Engage potential refferals over the phone. - Live-xfr qualified referrals directly to intake team. Requirements: - The ability to develop instant rapport with strangers over the phone. - Bilingual fluency in near-native or professional English and Spanish (both written and spoken). - Proven background in outbound calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing. - Confident, active listening skills. - Dedicated quiet workspace.
