Responsibilities
Key Requirements:5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with strong expertise in HAM Pro & SAM Pro.Hands-on experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).Experience in configuring workflows, business rules, scripts, UI policies, and integrations.Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, Asset Management, and ITSM.Experience with software license management, reconciliation, compliance, and optimization.Good knowledge of JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow integrations.ServiceNow certifications such as CSA / CIS-HAM / CIS-SAM are preferred.Interested candidates can DM or share their updated CV.
