We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Technical Engineer / Sales Technical Support Engineer to join a fast-growing global photovoltaic solutions company and support its business expansion across South America.Provide pre-sales technical consultation and support for PV projectsWork closely with sales teams on customer technical discussions, project guidance, and technical solution presentationsAddress customer technical questions throughout the pre-sales and sales processCoordinate with Technology, R&D and third-party partners to ensure timely and consistent technical communicationMonitor products, technical solutions and technology developmentFollow up and analyze customer after-sales cases and support the improvement of warranty and insurance solutionsRequirementsBachelor’s degree or above; Mechanical, Structural, Civil, Mechanics, Materials, Fluid or related majors preferred3+ years of engineering project experience, with 1+ year of photovoltaic industry experienceSolid technical knowledge in areas such as civil engineering, structural mechanics and/or electrical engineeringExperience participating in regional exhibitions, industry forums or conferences, preferably with experience delivering product/technical presentationsComfortable learning and using engineering software such as MS Office, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SAP2000, Mathcad, etc.Fluent English is requiredSpanish, Portuguese, Italian, French or other foreign languages are a strong plusStrong communication, presentation and customer-facing skillsPlease feel free to connect with me or send me your CV via DM.
