We're hiring multiple Employee Experience Specialists at RemotePass 🌍3 regions. 3 hires. 🌍 EMEA 🌏 APAC 🌎 LATAM / USWe're looking for someone in each region with 4+ years of experience in HR operations, onboarding and offboarding, employee lifecycle management or mobility. You don't need to cover all regions, just know yours really well.You'll be the first point of contact for employee queries in your region, supporting onboarding workflows, managing documentation, coordinating with legal and payroll, and helping build processes that scale with a fast-growing global platform.We're RemotePass, a post-Series B platform operating across 150+ countries, profitable since early 2025 and backed by world-class investors. The team is growing fast and these hires are a big part of that.Arabic and English fluency is required for the EMEA role specifically.
