It's an exciting time to join as we expand into new parts of eye care and continue shaping the future of practice management.About the RoleAs a Demand Generation + Growth Marketing Manager at Barti, you will own pipeline growth across our core channels, including events, multi-channel campaigns, SDR enablement, and marketing operations.This role reports directly to the Sr. Director of Partnerships & Marketing, but has constant touch points with Sales, Product, and CS leadership. As one of the initial members of the marketing function at Barti, you will also be responsible for building out the processes and systems that support demand generation as the team grows.ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid (LinkedIn, Google, Meta), email/lifecycle, and SDR-aligned outboundOwn event strategy and execution in coordination with Marketing Coordinator to foster impactful engagement and high-quality pipelineRun Barti's webinar program, from content development through promotion and follow-upIdentify and execute direct mail campaigns and publication or newsletter sponsorshipsBuild and manage a referrals program to generate consistent, low-cost pipelinePartner with SDRs to create outbound sequences, talk tracks, and door-opener strategiesOwn the operational execution of your individual campaigns—including UTM structures, HubSpot builds, and email deployment—while contributing to broader team processesFocus on driving tangible revenue and pipeline results rather than simply increasing MQL counts, while providing data-backed recommendations to executive leadership on resource allocationRequirements3-5+ years of demand generation, growth marketing, or field marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environmentProven track record of driving new-logo growth through multi-channel campaigns and eventsHands-on experience executing campaigns yourself, including event planning and execution (virtual and in-person), email marketing, and paid media, not solely through agenciesExperience partnering closely with Sales or SDR teams on outbound strategy and enablementComfort with marketing automation and CRM platformsExperience in a fast-paced, B2B startup environment with a track record of building process in new, unstructured environmentsExceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent programsExperience with direct mail, publication sponsorships, or referral programs is a plusFamiliarity with intent data, lead scoring, or account-based marketing is a plusPerks & BenefitsBe part of a mission-driven, rapidly scaling company changing the future of eye careWork remotely from anywhere in the U.S.Collaborate with a passionate, fun, and supportive teamCompetitive salary: $100,000 - $125,000Equity in a fast-growing startupHealth, vision, and dental benefitsUnlimited PTOAnnual professional development stipendA high-impact role with plenty of room for growth, ownership, and creativityBarti is an equal opportunity employer.
