RoleOur client is a growing HVAC company based in the U.S. looking for a Business Operations & Growth Manager.In this role, you will work directly with the business owner to build and optimize internal departments, implement new software and AI solutions, create scalable systems and SOPs, and execute initiatives that support the company's rapid growth. This is a hands on role for someone who can think strategically while independently driving projects from planning through execution.Responsibilities:Partner directly with the owner to improve and scale business operationsBuild, document, and optimize internal processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements across departmentsResearch, implement, and manage new software, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiencyCoordinate cross functional projects and ensure initiatives are completed on timeDevelop systems that improve productivity, accountability, and overall business performanceAnalyze workflows and recommend solutions to support business growthAssist with operational planning and execute strategic initiatives independentlySupport additional administrative and operational projects as neededRequirements:Previous experience in Business Operations, Operations Management, Project Management, or a similar roleExcellent English communication skills (verbal and written) – C1/C2 levelStrong understanding of business operations and process improvementExperience creating SOPs, workflows, and scalable business systemsComfortable implementing and learning new software, automation platforms, and AI toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHighly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize multiple projects simultaneouslySelf motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervisionHighly Preferred:Experience working in small or fast growing businessesExperience implementing AI, automation, or business management softwareStrong project management experienceExperience leading operational improvements across multiple departmentsFamiliarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and business analytics toolsLocationRemoteAvailabilityFull-Time (40 hours per week)Must be available during U.S. Pacific Time business hours
