As we continue to scale, we're investing in the systems, processes, and analytics needed to drive predictable and efficient revenue growth.We're looking for a Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager to own marketing systems, reporting, attribution, lead lifecycle management, and marketing performance analytics.This role will serve as a strategic partner to Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations and will play a critical role in helping leadership make data-driven decisions.You will be responsible for ensuring our marketing technology stack, data, reporting, and processes support efficient demand generation and revenue growth. This role combines operational excellence with analytical rigor and requires someone who enjoys solving complex business problems through data and automation.What You'll DoMarketing Systems & TechnologyOwn and administer HubSpot and related marketing technologiesManage integrations between HubSpot, Salesforce, webinar platforms, intent providers, and other systemsEnsure data quality, governance, and operational consistencyEvaluate and implement new marketing technologies as neededLead Lifecycle ManagementDesign and optimize lead routing, scoring, and qualification processesPartner with Sales and Revenue Operations to improve lead conversion and speed-to-leadMonitor lead flow and identify bottlenecks across the funnelMaintain lifecycle definitions and reporting standardsRevenue Analytics & ReportingBuild and maintain executive dashboards and KPI reportingDevelop attribution models to measure marketing impact on pipeline and revenueAnalyze funnel performance, conversion rates, and campaign effectivenessDeliver actionable insights and recommendations to leadershipProcess Optimization & AutomationImprove operational efficiency through automation and workflow designStandardize campaign execution and reporting processesReduce manual reporting and data management activitiesDocument best practices and operational proceduresStrategic PartnershipCollaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue OperationsSupport annual planning, forecasting, and pipeline analysisHelp define performance benchmarks and growth targetsEnsure alignment across marketing and sales systems and reportingWhat We're Looking For:5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing AnalyticsDeep experience with HubSpot and SalesforceStrong understanding of B2B demand generation and revenue funnelsExperience building dashboards, attribution models, and executive reportingAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to translate data into business recommendationsPreferred QualificationsHubSpot certificationSalesforce Administrator certificationExperience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platformsSQL experienceExperience supporting ABM and enterprise sales motionsFamiliarity with intent data and modern demand generation technologiesSuccess MetricsImproved marketing-to-sales conversion ratesIncreased visibility into pipeline creation and attributionFaster lead response and routing efficiencyHigher data quality and reporting accuracyImproved marketing contribution to revenue growthWorking at TrackforceThis role is 100% remote, offering flexibility so you can harmonize your personal life with meaningful, global work.
