Our goal is to enhance operational efficiency and financial stability, building a foundation for long-term success for our clients.Position SummaryAs a Senior re:Members/Impexium Analyst within the SAS Technology team, you will play a vital role in providing advanced business analysis, consultation, and project management services to our clients. Following established best practices, you will focus on evaluating, implementing, and supporting a variety of technologies, including Association Management Systems (AMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems, Website Content Management Systems (CMS), and other tools utilized by trade associations and professional societies. Experience working directly with re:Members and/or Impexium is highly desired. Candidates with implementation experience in other Association Management Systems (AMS), such as iMIS, NetForum, Nimble, or YourMembership, will also be considered. This mid-level role involves a deep understanding of business processes, technical requirements, and a commitment to driving efficiency through technology solutions.Essential FunctionsCollect and Document Technical and Functional RequirementsGather, document, and validate technical and functional business requirements from our clients.Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and translate them into actionable system requirements.Evaluate and Configure Business SystemsAssess the functions and features of various business systems supported by our clients.Compare system capabilities with client needs, identifying and addressing functionality gaps.Implement and configure business systems according to documented requirements.Testing and Quality AssuranceConduct thorough testing of business systems against documented requirements.Identify and document any deviations or deficiencies, ensuring the systems meet quality standards.Project ManagementFollow project plans, reporting progress regularly to stakeholders.Proactively identify potential concerns or delays and communicate them to management.Prioritization and Process ImprovementCollaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs.Identify and define opportunities for business process improvement.QualificationsBachelor's Degree preferred.4+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst working in re:Members/Impexium and with a focus on business analysis and technology implementation.3+ years of experience with Association Management Systems (AMS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems. Candidates with proven expertise on the re:Members (formerly Impexium) AMS will be favored.Proficiency in Website Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal.Strong written communication and documentation skills.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with associations, nonprofits, or mission-driven organizations.Familiarity with data querying languages (SQL, JSONiq) and data management/analysis tools.Knowledge of project management principles or experience leading a technology project.
