The RSM, reporting to the Director of Sales, is responsible for sustaining and growing sales in their assigned region through activity with the channel and VARs: System Integrator, Distributors, Technology Partners, as well as generating demand with top end-users in the region.Territory:IA, KS, MO, NE, SDResponsibilities include:Understand IP video market trends and dynamicsTeam with VMS Partners and other Technology Partners to increase revenue and market awarenessConduct customer training, events, on-site product demonstrations, roadshows, and trade showsEffective use of CRM system to manage opportunities, contacts, and leadsBe the face of IDIS Americas in the region and an industry thought leaderAttend and exhibit at national or regional trade shows as required.Other additional responsibilities to drive revenue and market shareCultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key end users, integrators, distributors and market specifiers; accelerate the penetration of the IDIS Americas portfolio and enhance our overall sales penetration within the partner and end user network.Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including sales operations, marketing, and product development teams, to effectively support market activities and address customer needs.Conduct regular business reviews with your network to assess performance, identify opportunities, and address challenges.Provide product training, sales support, and other operational assistance to distributor sales teams.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, competitor activities, and customer feedbackProvide regular feedback to senior management and recommend improvements to achieve sales targetsEducation:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experienceExperience/Personal Skills:Minimum of 5+ years of commercial sales experience in the Security IndustryMust live in the assigned areaProven Track record of success in the region and security industryDriven and motivated to succeed in a highly competitive environmentGreat organizational skillsStrong communication skills and able to communicate effectively in cross-functional teamsDemonstrated experience in building business relationships with channel partners, integrators and 3rd party technology providers.Strong public speaking skills, able to present technical information effectively to large audiencesExcel in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment remaining focused on key goals as well as the ability to work under time constraintsProfessional and articulate in both verbal and written communicationMust be technically adept and able to guide troubleshooting team issues and help to find resolutions as they arise.Excellent business acumenAbility to travel extensively within the assigned territory by air and car.Must speak fluent EnglishFluency in Microsoft ApplicationsPhysical Demands:Frequently required to lift 25-50 Lbs. and occasionally moreExpected travel for the position is between 30%-60%
