💼 We’re Hiring: Monday.com Solutions Architect (Full-Time, Remote) ($200 signing bonus) Job Code: 1784229753070 Rate: $1,800–$3,000/month Schedule: 40 hours/week | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST Start: ASAP 🧠 About the Role We're looking for an experienced Monday.com Solutions Architect to design scalable workflows, optimize business processes, and deliver exceptional client implementations. This is a client-facing role for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges through automation, systems design, and process improvement. ✅ Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and optimize Monday.com workspaces and workflows for multiple clients • Partner with Implementation Managers to deliver successful client implementations from discovery through launch • Analyze business processes and eliminate inefficiencies through workflow automation and system design • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact throughout client engagements • Configure integrations and automations using Monday.com, Make.com, Zapier, and third-party tools • Document meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups to ensure seamless project execution • Research new Monday.com features, marketplace apps, and integration opportunities to improve client solutions • Deliver client training and provide ongoing support to drive adoption and long-term success • Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend scalable process improvements 🔧 Tools You'll Use • Monday.com • Make.com • Zapier • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) • Slack 🚦 What We’re Looking For Non-Negotiables: • Hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions in Monday.com • Experience with Make.com or Zapier for workflow automation and integrations • Client-facing experience in professional services, customer success, or technology consulting • Strong process improvement and workflow optimization skills • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities Nice to Have: • 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Project Manager, or similar role • Startup experience building processes, systems, and scalable operations • Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, or Customer Success • Experience managing multiple client implementations simultaneously • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills • Proficiency with Google Workspace and collaboration tools
