Requirements and responsibilities

Job Details: - Job Title: Inbound Account Manager (Sales Support / Customer Success Hybrid). - Work Hours/Schedule: Full-Time, roughly 50 hours/week across a 10-hour daily window, Eastern Time (EST). - Location: Remote, Latin America. Overview: - You are the person who never lets an opportunity slip through the cracks. - You answer fast, follow up faster, and make high-value clients feel taken care of every single time. - This is a well-established equipment rental company serving the live events and production world across the United States. - Their clients are the production companies behind major concerts, activations, and large-scale events. - Speed, accuracy, and professionalism are everything. - When a customer asks for a quote, they already have their own customer waiting. - The difference between winning and losing the deal often comes down to how quickly and cleanly it gets handled. - This is a structured, high-trust environment built by a leadership team that has been doing this for over 15 years and knows exactly what good looks like. - You would be the reliable engine that keeps inbound demand moving. - The senior sales team is out shaking hands, going to shows, and closing new business. - Your job is to make sure everything behind them runs smoothly: quotes going out fast, follow-ups never forgotten, clients always informed. - Over time, as you learn the inventory and systems, there is a clear runway to grow into a more independent Inside Sales role with real ownership of inbound revenue. Key Responsibilities: - Answer inbound calls from existing customers and prospects. - Return missed calls quickly. - Serve as a polished primary point of contact. - Create, send, revise, and follow up on rental quotes using a preset follow-up sequence. - Discuss pricing and discounts within established guidelines. - Maintain accurate records in HubSpot. - Manage quotes in Flex Rental Solutions. - Keep the pipeline organized and up to date. - Coordinate across sales, operations, logistics, accounting, and management to answer client questions and resolve rental details. - Qualify new inbound opportunities. - Route opportunities appropriately. - Book meetings. - Collect required documentation such as POs, insurance certificates, and agreements. - Keep clients informed throughout the rental process. - Build long-term, trust-based relationships. - Run light outbound during slower periods to reconnect with warm leads, past customers, and inactive accounts already in the CRM. - Support a custom internal booking tool. - Help troubleshoot within the booking tool as part of daily workflow. Must-Have Requirements: - 10+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing field. - Strong stability and long tenures with no pattern of switching jobs every couple of years. - Background in customer success, account management, sales support, or inside sales. - Near-native spoken and written English with a clean, professional, polished phone presence and communication style. - Strong HubSpot experience and CRM management skills. - High attention to detail and strong organizational habits. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, steady-paced environment. - Ability to work independently with strong ownership and follow-through. - Quick learner able to absorb technical industry terminology and a large catalog of inventory (2,000 to 3,000 SKUs). - Availability to work a 10-hour daily window on EST, with occasional evening/weekend responsiveness for urgent matters. Nice-to-Have Requirements: - Experience in equipment rental, event production, or any events-related rental niche (stage, tent, table, chair, or similar). - Familiarity with Flex Rental Solutions or a similar industry quoting platform. - Experience managing large inventories or complex logistics. - Experience working with high-value clients and high-ticket transactions. - Familiarity with modern workflow tools. - Bonus points for experience with Lovable or similar build tools for light troubleshooting. Why Join Us: - This is a chance to plant yourself at a company that actually invests in its people. - There are SOPs, real training material, and a leadership team that wants to bring you on for the long haul, not churn through hires. - You would be trusted with high-value clients and high-ticket deals from day one. - You would work inside a business that supports some of the most recognizable events in the country. - The pace is steady rather than frantic. - The expectations are clear. - The path forward is real. - As you master the systems, you can grow into an independent Inside Sales seat with ownership of inbound revenue. - If you are someone who takes pride in reliability, polish, and doing things properly every single time, this is a place where that will be seen and rewarded.
