Responsibilities

What You'll Be DoingDevelop and execute validation strategies, test plans, and test cases for camera-based In-Cabin Sensing systems.Perform vehicle-level validation, including real-world driving campaigns.Analyse test results, identify root causes, and produce clear technical reports.Prioritise issues based on severity and collaborate with validation leads and product owners to drive resolution.Execute validation activities aligned with ISO 26262, ASPICE, and NCAP requirements.Work closely with camera system, data collection, and algorithm development teams.Support test automation and regression testing initiatives to improve validation efficiency.What We're Looking ForBachelor's or Master's degree ctronics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.5+ years of experience in automotive validation or testing.Hands-on experience validating computer vision software for automotive applications.Strong knowledge of ADAS and/or In-Cabin Sensing technologies.Understanding of automotive communication protocols including CAN, LIN, and Automotive Ethernet.Experience with scripting or programming in Python, MATLAB, or C/C++.Familiarity with ISO 26262 functional safety principles.Nice to HaveExperience with AI/ML perception system validation.Knowledge of Euro NCAP test protocols.Experience using requirements management tools such as Codebeamer or Polarion.Exposure to automotive validation tools such as dSPACE, Vector CANoe, ETAS INCA, or automotive data loggers.What's on OfferOpportunity to contribute to next-generation automotive sensing technologies.Work with an internationally recognised technology organisation at the forefront of innovation.Collaborative engineering environment with exposure to advanced computer vision and AI-driven automotive systems.Long-term project based in Brussels, Belgium.Are you passionate about the future of automotive safety and intelligent mobility?
