MES Data Analytics and SQL Developer at SBS HR

Roles and Responsibilities: - Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, views, functions, and other database objects. - Design, develop, and troubleshoot production reports using MES data. - Manage and maintain SQL Server databases to ensure optimal performance and reliability. - Monitor production data quality, identify inconsistencies, and implement corrective actions. - Perform SQL Server performance tuning and database optimization. - Collaborate with Production, Quality, and IT teams to support manufacturing operations and process improvements. - Analyze manufacturing data to generate meaningful insights and operational reports. - Support MES applications and ensure seamless integration with shop-floor systems. - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SSRS, Power BI, or Crystal Reports. - Participate in Agile development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Support Azure Data Factory pipelines and data integration processes where required. - Document technical solutions, database changes, and reporting processes while following development best practices. Key Skills: - GE Plant Applications MES. - SQL Server (Queries, Stored Procedures, Views, Triggers, Performance Tuning). - MES Reporting and Data Analytics. - SSRS, Power BI, or Crystal Reports. - Azure Data Factory and Azure Pipelines (Preferred). - Manufacturing Domain Experience (Preferred).
