At WPO, you will be joining a team that is committed to improving employee wellbeing around the world.Current opportunity: Proposal Specialist Location: CanadaOnsite/Hybrid/Remote: RemoteSalary Range: 75k-80k CADRequired Experience: 5+ yearsWhat you will do:The Proposal Specialist manages the full proposal lifecycle—from RFP receipt to submission—ensuring compliant, compelling, and high-quality responses. This role partners closely with sales, SMEs, and corporate teams to develop winning proposals that meet client needs and deadlines.Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end proposal development, including compliance, scheduling, drafting, editing, and submissionWrite and edit high-quality, customer-focused proposal content and bespoke responsesDevelop proposal outlines, compliance matrices, win themes, and executive summariesCoordinate inputs from SMEs, sales, marketing, legal, finance, and HRLead and facilitate proposal reviews, interviews, and debriefsEnsure quality assurance, consistency, and adherence to WPO standardsIdentify risks, gaps, and opportunities and recommend improvementsMaintain and contribute content to the proposal content libraryTrack proposal metrics and support continuous improvementMentor junior proposal team members and support internal trainingQualifications:5+ years’ experience in proposal writing or a related roleBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experienceExcellent English writing, editing, and communication skills (French required)Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and InDesignStrong understanding of proposal strategy, win themes, and document designAbility to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and attention to detailWhat we offer:At Workplace Options, we don’t just deliver wellbeing services to our clients, we champion wellbeing for our own employees as well.
