Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and results-driven professional to identify, approach, and onboard new clients for our recruitment consultancy. This role involves building strong business relationships, understanding hiring needs, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Searching & AcquisitionIdentify potential clients through market research, networking, LinkedIn, and databasesGenerate leads and build a strong sales pipelineReach out to HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makersPitch recruitment services and explain value propositionsSchedule and conduct client meetings (virtual or in-person)Client OnboardingUnderstand client hiring requirements, company culture, and expectationsGather necessary documentation (agreements, contracts, SLAs)Coordinate with internal recruitment teams for smooth kickoffEnsure proper briefing of recruiters about client needsPayout- It is not salaried opportunity, You will be paid on the basis of clients you onboard in a month.Send your resume with below mentioned details on HR@cvvala.comPerks/Payments- Flexible working hours
