Responsibilities:
- 📞 Responding to inbound calls, texts, and inquiries.
- 🔄 Making outbound follow-up calls and texts.
- 🎯 Qualifying leads using our provided scripts.
- 📅 Scheduling appointments and transferring warm leads.
- 🗂️ Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date (we use Follow Up Boss and PandaDash).
Qualifications:
- ✔️ You have a clear, professional English-speaking voice — people trust you the moment you start talking.
- ✔️ You're persistent without being pushy — people don't feel "sold to," they feel followed up with.
- ✔️ You build rapport fast, even over text or a quick call.
- ✔️ You're the organized one — nothing sits in your inbox or CRM unattended.
- ✔️ You can juggle a full pipeline of leads without losing track.
- ✔️ You've done lead management, sales, follow-up, or appointment setting before.
- ✔️ CRM Used: Follow Up Boss and PandaDash.
Bonus Qualifications:
- 🏡 A Real Estate ISA.
- 📋 A lead manager or wholesaling professional.
- ☎️ A call center or inside sales rep.
- Experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, Podio, REI Reply, CallRail, or similar dialers is a bonus, but what truly matters to us is your instincts, not just the tools you’ve used.
