TIMEZONEYou should be able to work in the Eastern Time Zone to support releases at least a couple of days every two months.PROJECT OVERVIEWThe goal of the project is to improve the everyday digital experience for employees in customers’ organizations to increase job satisfaction and overall productivity. The product helps to improve end-user experience.The product consists of 2 parts: the system metric collector and BI.IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILLCollaborate with Developers and Product Owners during refinement sessions to analyze requirements and clarify acceptance criteria for each user story or use caseDesign and document manual test cases in Xray, including input data and expected outcomesVerify the availability and completeness of new functionality prior to testingExecute various types of manual testing (eg, functional, regression, exploratory) to validate new and existing featuresTake part in manual regression testing for release candidate validation and production environment verification by performing manual test runsLog clear, reproducible bugs and follow up on their resolution through re-testing and verificationIF YOU HAVEProven experience as a Manual QA Engineer in an Agile development environmentSolid understanding of software QA methodologies and best practicesExperience with test case management tools, particularly Xray for JiraStrong skills in test planning, documentation, execution, and defect trackingDetail-oriented mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work cross-functionally and maintain strong working relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersGood understanding of SQL and browser developer toolsExperience with API testing and using API testing toolsEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher (verbal and written)NICE TO HAVEExperience working in product companiesExperience working with US-based teamsExperience with Windows, Linux, and macOS systems related to desktop application installationFamiliarity with automated testing frameworks or willingness to collaborate on automationAS AN OPINOV8R, YOU WILL HAVEDigital-First Approach: Great talent knows no borders!
