We are partnering with a rapidly growing energy infrastructure company that develops, owns, and operates large-scale battery energy storage, solar, and distributed energy projects across the United States.This is not a typical Construction Superintendent opportunity.In addition to leading field construction activities on major renewable energy projects, this individual will serve as the company's Qualifying Individual (QI) under its Nevada Class B Contractor's License. This is a highly visible leadership position with significant responsibility and long-term growth potential.What You'll DoServe as the company's designated Qualifying Individual (QI) for its Nevada Class B Contractor's License.Lead field construction activities for utility-scale battery storage, solar, and other energy infrastructure projects.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.Oversee project scheduling, documentation, change orders, field reporting, and project closeout.Monitor jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance with applicable codes and regulations.Collaborate with project management, engineering, development, and executive leadership teams.Support permitting, constructability reviews, and project planning.Travel to Nevada project sites approximately 25–30% of the time.
