Requirements and responsibilities

Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Project ManagementSupport the PeopleSoft Program Manager with strategic planning and daily operationsWork closely with executive leadership, agencies, vendors, and technical teamsFacilitate meetings, project coordination, and enterprise initiativesAssist with resource planning, prioritization, and allocationCoordinate communication between technical teams, business users, leadership, and vendorsIdentify, track, escalate, and help resolve project risks and issuesEnsure deliverables meet timelines, requirements, and quality standardsStay aligned with organizational initiatives and adjust program activities as neededPartner with IV&V teams on findings, recommendations, and compliance effortsGovernance & Strategic PlanningSupport PeopleSoft Governance Council meetingsPrepare executive presentations, reports, and planning materialsAssist in developing 3–5 year strategic roadmaps and program plansCommunicate project prioritization updates across the programProgram Administration & ReportingMaintain and report weekly project/program status updatesTrack budgets, spending, funding, and operational metricsBuild reports and dashboards for program performance trackingMaintain schedules, action items, deliverables, and project documentationQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Project Management, or related fieldPMP Certification preferredExperience managing enterprise-level projects and cross-functional teamsAbility to handle multiple priorities, timelines, risks, and deliverables in a large enterprise environmentRequired SkillsStrong experience with ERP implementations and upgrades, specifically PeopleSoftSolid understanding of project management methodologies and governancePMP Certification or equivalent program/project management experience preferred
