You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions in a fully remote environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Development: Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.Workflow Automation: Create and manage workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to automate processes.Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit testing and support system testing and deployment activities.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.RequirementsQualificationsExperience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.Technical Skills:Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow's proprietary scripting languages.Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.Familiarity with ServiceNow IntegrationHub and Flow Designer.Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required; additional certifications are a plus.Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills in English.Ability to work independently in a remote setting.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.Experience in developing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.BenefitsContractor scheme.100% remote.
