The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with OPT candidates and a strong understanding of the US recruitment process. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and recruit OPT candidates for US IT requirements Work closely with candidates on resume building and marketing Submit qualified candidates to prime vendors and clients Maintain strong relationships with candidates and vendors Coordinate interviews and follow-ups Ensure compliance with US staffing policies ✅ Required Skills Experience in OPT recruiting / US IT staffing Good understanding of visa types (OPT, H1B, EAD's, GC, USC) Strong communication and negotiation skills Experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 💡 Why Join Us?
