We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team at The Coordinators. You would be working remotely with our internal healthcare staffing team, supporting candidate evaluation and pipeline management across a variety of healthcare administrative roles. If you are passionate about discovering your potential, this is the heart of what we do. In this role, you will own the candidate qualification process end-to-end, ensuring that only high-quality candidates move forward in the hiring pipeline. You will conduct structured interviews, assess candidate fit, perform reference checks, and present top candidates clearly and persuasively. This is a high-volume, high-judgment role where responsiveness, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are critical. The ideal candidate has experience in LATAM healthcare recruitment, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple candidates simultaneously. Responsibilities: - Conduct structured interviews with pre-vetted candidates. - Assess candidate fit for healthcare administrative and support roles. - Perform thorough reference checks. - Act as an advocate for top candidates, presenting them clearly to clients. - Manage candidate communication across platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.). - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS. - Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager on role requirements and candidate quality. - Craft and send recruiting communications, adapting templates as needed. - Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs. - Support onboarding and training of new recruiting team members. Requirements and Qualifications: - At least 2 years of eexperience in LATAM healthcare recruitment (required). - Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to identify and correct grammar errors. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Highly responsive and organized, with the ability to manage high-volume communication. - Strong judgment and ability to assess candidates thoroughly. - Comfortable probing, identifying risks, and evaluating fit. - Process-oriented with strong administrative skills. - Experience with an ATS (pipeline management, data organization, reporting). - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - High integrity and professionalism in all interactions. - Willingness to learn, grow, and develop yourself professionally. Location: Remote. Compensation: $1,200 – $1,500/month + performance bonus.
